Russian President Vladimir Putin WON’T attend Mikhail Gorbachev's funeral, says Kremlin

A farewell ceremony for Mikhail Gorbachev, which will be open to the public, is due to take place on Saturday, followed by the funeral later on the same day at Moscow`s Novodevichy Cemetery.
