Jayalalithaa's death: The Arumughaswamy Commission of Inquiry concluded that Sasikala, Jayalalithaa`s personal Doctor K S Sivakumar, then Health Secretary Radhakrishnan, C Vijayabaskar who was health Minister then are found to be be at fault and an investigation is to be ordered.
