Pondicherry University VC Occupying DU Residence 3 yrs After Retirement, Over Rs 23L Due in Penal Rent, Water Charges

The Delhi University in its ninth notice to Vice Chancellor since his retirement has said if the property is not vacated, actions such as "disconnection of electricity and water connection" to the bungalow would be taken.
