China Says Brahmaputra Hydropower Project Fully Within Its Sovereignty

To build the hydropower project in the lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River is fully within China's sovereignty, said Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiakun.
