7.6 Quake Strikes Northeast Japan, Triggers Tsunami Warning

An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.6 hits Japan’s northeastern coast on Monday, triggering a tsunami warning of as high as three metres (10 feet), the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) said.
